WTB: S13 or S14 in California

Well I am in the market for a 240sx, but I have had no luck finding something I like. Either the cars are automatic or the owner never gets back to me! I don't have any strict requirements other than it be a manual car and the car have a clean interior with a good exterior. I don't want a car that badly needs a paint job or it looks like jackie chan used it as a punching bag. I don't want to spend more than 10K! I would love a S13 with a silvia front end conversion (especially a notchback) or a S14 with S15 lights or JDM S14 front end. So guys show me whatcha got :2f2f: ! I live in Sacramento and I am willing to drive anywhere is California to get the car.
