240sx vs altima KA24DE

I was wondering is any parts from the altima KA24DE will work in the 240sx KA24DE block. My room mate just wrecked his altima, and my car recently threw a rod, just curious if anything in these 2 engines will interchange (I already know the blocks are different)

if you have S14 ka24de, u can pick up his intake cam, its 240 deg duration vs. 232 in S14. if u have S13 KA24DE, don't bother

I think pistons and rods are the same
Head and valve cover are different
Alternator

the majority of the block is all diffrent.. maybe some internals stuff might work... but alot of it is worthless....

you can reuse the motor oil in his ka. Depending how many miles he put on it of course ;)
