I just recently did the S15 conversion on my car and since then I've been having electrical problems. Its a stock engine, the only wiring that has been tampered with at all, are the front headlights and turn signals. Now whats happening is when I first put the headlighs in, they blew the fuse (10 amp) 2 fuses later I bumped it to (20amp) they're fine now. Then my gauges go out, tach, mph, temp, gas, I put in a (7.5) and it blew immediately. I put in a (15amp) 3 fuses later, I put in a (20amp) and they're fine. Is this ok, or do I have a serious problem. Please Help
Oh and thanks to those who helped me to find out it was really my starter that went out on my car

do I have a serious problem.
yes.
you put an s15 front on with a stock motor
haha jk
the real problem is that when you put a larger fuse in place of a smaller fuse, the circuit is no longer protected because the larger fuse wont break. which is what is happening in your case. now instead of the fuse breaking, whatever is on that circuit is going to short out.
as far as why this is happening i dont know cause i know jack shit about s15 front end swaps. i guess search for a write up and see if you wired stuff correctly.

I have another KA being built with Supertech galore, so I can turbocharge it. But I wanna figure out this electrical problem before something else goes out

There is obviously a problem and putting a larger amp fuse in is just as good as putting a jumper wire in place of a fuse. You are damaging the circuit and increasing the risk of fire. Get the wiring diagrams and start troubleshooting.
