I am not sure about the brake pedal clutch pedal definately, you could just CUT the AT brake pedal to save time ftw.

Yeah, I don't think you can use the brake pedal. I took my stock pedal out and cut it to fit. I ended up grinding it and then painting it. Just spend a little time on it, and it should look good as new.

I have cut the pedal whilst it was still mounted in the car, put down a towel, and grab the sawzall, go to town. Works fine.

wat is a sawzall. i need to cut my brake pedal too and im not sure what can really cut through the metal. im thinking a dremel? but would that be strong enough? im lookin at the brake pedal and it looks pretty thick

Dremel with a fiber reinforced bit, or a sawzall.

I took the pedal out, and used a hack saw to cut it to size, and then I rounded the edges with a grinder. You could probably use a Demel to round the edges, or if you don't have one, you could probably just use a file.

I had the sawed auto brake pedal too when I did my first 5 speed conversion. Didn't like the positioning so I ended up getting the right one at pick-your-parts. Much happier now.
