tps problem (vid inside)

so i just installed a second safc on my car. this was after i replaced the original tps my car came with. all i want is to set the damn decel air function so i can drive my car a little more relaxed. anyway i have the ecu code 43 and the safc doenst even read it. when i go into sensors to check the voltage its really low. i tried checking at the tps for voltage but i still get nothing. wat could be the problem? could it be the harness? i have 2 sr tps' that i can use (original and new 1). help pls
