Enough to be fun, and sound great. Basics: MP3/Sirius ready deck, Sirius tuner and antennae, components front, coax rear, 2 10” subs, amplifier. $1500 worth of audio. PM me for details.
The Bad:
•Automatic (C’mon, it’s a 98, I took what I could get! The car is most likely going to get a swap anyway, so tranny is inconsequential)
•Since all the body panels were imported, they don’t exactly match. They are all the factory Pearl White, but they have different amounts of fading. In my opinion the car NEEDS to be painted, but I have not had the time nor the money. I would give it a 5-6 out of 10, but I am pretty picky. Drivers side has had some minor repair, and the door needs to be professionally realigned so the body crease lines up properly (does not affect the function of the door, but annoys me since I’m a perfectionist)
•Needs a new front right tie rod and boot.
•Rear brake pads need to be changed, but I will take care of that before purchase if required.
•Needs new foglight bulbs, they burned out and since they are illegal in Oklahoma anyway, I never bothered to replace them.
•Could use a good alignment, but noone here in Tulsa will do a thorough job making use of the pillowball uppers and everything. If you know a good shop that deals with lowered cars they should be able to make it perfect!
•Interior is not bad, but isn’t GREAT either. Cloth seats are in pretty good condition. One spot on leather insert in the passenger door is ripped from tweeter installation. Misc plastic bits missing, but easily found on Ebay.
All that being said, the car runs well, and has been my daily driver for a while now. The ONLY reason I am selling is because I’m tired of the attention. Even though the car doesn’t look show quality or anything, I constantly get followed around by teenagers, and often come out of stores with notes on my car asking if I’d be willing to sell it. I’m getting older and am getting tired of it. I’m just ready for a new car with a factory warranty, and with my future in mind, something with 4 doors.
