ok mr meph and other mods, I searched and all the threads i found on the topic had deadlink pics, except for one and the pics were of a lame one,

I need to see the best ones u guys can find, i need some insparation for a new project, so im looking for kitted s13.5 coupes that are hott.

s13.5 coupes not to great. to me they odnt look very well. but on cardomain there is one just searc s13.5. and btw id recomnd a s14 conversion if u dont want a silvia front.

Oh, and to add, there really shouldn't be any pictures in this thread if you're looking specifically for "hott" s13.5 coupes, they don't exist. Body lines don't flow and just overall look horrid; you can at least pull it off with a hb (kind of), but not a coupe.

There is already a thread on the same thing. How in the hell did you say you searched when obviously you didn't.

S13 has only three options. Pop-ups(zenki,chuki,kouki), s13 silvia front or, Instant Gentelman.
Everything else is ass.

As I said in Daryl's thread, that s13.5thing has horrible wheels/fitment. The frontend/aero was thrown on, and the overall build was subpar.

What mags need to have is a quality car. Not just another 240 with crappy aero and stickers thrown on it.

I look in the mags to see people I know forum/real life. I get a huge kick out of that. And seeing that their cars made a little thump print.

When in reality THOSE are the cars that should be shown. I'm not talking about most the subpar cars on this forum, but nice cars like Slizzzzos, PG, Viceroy, ect. Cars that look nice and perform nice.

upSLIDEdown's car made the same mag as a random pic and I was more excited over than then the "cover car".

Not only that but it gives the haters fuel to dis the whole s13.5 fastback concept. Which actually works bodyline wise compared to a S13 fastback with a s13 silvia front. Ya I said it S13 Sil eighties based off S13 silvia fronts look wrong. The body lines just don't work. Just like a s13 coupe never looked right with the pop light front end. Why it was never meant to be that why . It was just Nissan cheaping out on having to DOT the Silvia front bumper.
A S13.5 Fastback done right does not look wrong. In fact the bodylines of the S15 are rounded just like the fastback. Thats why the front end does look right on the fastback. Though a S15 front end on a coupe is wrong because the coupe body lines are more squared off. Now that is said this thread should be closed.

maybe you should lay off whatever your smoking, its either not working or its working to well or its made you delusional to the point of not seeing proper body lines. Oh ya if the 180 front looks so good on the coupe then why in the fuck did they not do it from the factory in Japan for the Japanese market? I'll tell you why the lines are wrong!! Thats why the Silvia had the Silvia front and the 180 had the 180 front. Different bodylines on the same basic unibody. Now if you can't see that you fail in the art department.

Like I said earlier and I will state it again for all the deaf dumb and blind here. The only reason the coupe has the 180 front in the U.S. is because Nissan had already done the D.O.T. testing for the 180sx bumper and did not want to do it a second time for the Silvia bumper. Plus if they slapped the 180 bumper on the coupe they could give it the same chassis name aka 240sx coupe, rather than having to introduce a whole new car name to the U.S. . It was in no way done from a design perspective and the fact that they shoved it down your throat and other americans throats proves how lame americans can be sometimes.

Agree with drift_freaq on this one, pop-ups on coupes don't flow well but personally I've grown to like them.
Front end conversions are a no-no as a general rule and a waste of money.

I love the way the pop-ups look on both the coupe an the hatch. The only think I cant agree with is when some of my friends put the Silvia front on the hatch =/ I know alotta people have it, just dont work with me. And now the S15 headlights on the coupe dont work either. Looks like boo boo! Oh well thats just my 2 cents hope nobody gets pissed. POP-UPS FOR LIFE!!!!!

get an integra, soo easy to do just cut the headlight area out in the shape and slap em in.

Well, aside from the debate there is, I will give my opinion. The S15 front should stay on the S15, that looks the best and it should stay that way. S13's with pop-up lights are sweet, and taht should stay that way. The S13 coupe's look "OK" with a silvia front-end, but not the S15 front-end. Over all I agree with the others that say "POP-UP LIGHTS FOR LIFE!!" Oh and S14's are nice with the kouki front end for sure =)
