lol yeah..i had a spider living in my right side mirror. i would have to keep on cleaning off the web it would make everyday or i couldnt see shit on the mirror. Tried everything to try and kill it. splashed water thru the cracks, stuck a knife in there trying to stab the shit out of it, but no go. it lived in there for like a month then one day it stopped makin webs so i figured it died. just wait until it dies.

Haha, my family used to have a spider living inside our big screen. Every once in a while while watching TV you'd see it crawling around on the other side of the screen.
Cricket's have a pretty limited life span, so it shouldn't be a problem for too long.
When I took out my KA I discovered about a dozen spiders in various places.
Insects FTW!

spider in mirror + compressed air = no more spider
haha
as for the cricket.. thats just funny.
Can you narrow down where its coming from? Spray some stuff all over the things with the other thing that does the stuff..

lol.. thats funny shit!! welcome to the world of s13 owners.. a new vibration/sound/ smell every time you start the car up.. but I think the cricket tops it all. lol.. it will be only a matter of time before it dies.. small insects dont have much of a life span..

are you sure its a cricket and not a squeeking coming from your suspension? On my stock shocks it used to do that too, so it might just be that man

gte the fogger from the super market
close your windows
fog the car
should take care of it
i did that once. left the shell in the field for about 2 months
when i wanted to drive it again had a lot of black widows. got a packet of 4 foggers. threw all of them in there.
no problems after that.

Haha...had this same problem years ago.
It's the headliner, where it snaps into place in the rear.
Right above the rear windshield...it clips in place with metal clips, and they rub on the metal.
As you drive, have a passenger/wifey/helper sit in the backseat and hold up on the headliner, maybe 2" forward of the rear window.
I'll bet the noise stops.

I had the exact same thing. It was a bit annoying, cuz my car is black, and the spider pooped out tiny white stuff.
But after it died.

I'll bet you have a Chinese girlfriend!? Some Chinese consider them good luck, so she might have put one in your car.

ugghhhh. Bad memories.
When I first bought my car, previous owner used to park it at the side of their house where it wasn't paved. So when I was ripping out the fender lining there were atleast 3-4 black widows inside of there. Didn't see them until I stuck my head underneath. Fucking disgusting.
I just went widow hunting. I had some spray paint and a lighter ready and spent a couple hours making sure there were no survivors

leave the car in the sun all day. it should cook really nice. i had a spider in my car making webs for a while. spotted it once when i was coming in and dove into the center console. spotted it a second time when i was getting in and stepped on it before it could run. i tossed it out while it was still alive. it should be ok now just a lil crippled lol

That's like this rattle I get in the rear, can't tell if it's the trunk spoiler or both. Or this loose speaker of mine. Cricket still there? Only thing I could think of is a fogger, but I don't know what the fumes are like.
Tell you one thing though, check at like dollar store or something. Use to have a cricket problem near my basement door to the outside. Then we got these sticky strips, and before you know it they were gone. Cause they were stuck ofcourse. Might try setting a couple in your car. These crickets were huge so if it's a small one in your car, it's not going anywhere! They are yellow, but hopefully any brand will be as good. Only thing is I don't know if it had something to attract them to the strips or they crickets were that dumb
