wtt bmw E46 for s13 or s14

I have a 2000 bmw 323I 5sp I am looking to trade for a clean s13 or s14.
The car has some front end damage but still runs it needs a power steering resevor and new radiator/ radiator supports. I think it would take about 2-3 grand to fix body and everything. No mods or anything done to the car, would like to find a 240 with sr20 swap.
