You should be expecting some hatemail soon saying you are an idiot who knows nothing about turbos. Its sad what people do for money, I sure hope this guy is not as dumb as the people who bid and he actually knows that its a waste of money. My guess is someone sold it to him and he didn't know anything about turbos, and now he is trying to unload it on someone else.

Looks just like any electric blower you can probably find in an industria suppply catalog to me. Dont know if it could possibly create enought power to do more good than harm by blocking the airflow, but my guess is it kinda acts like a supercharger and blows the air right into the intake tube.
