I have a s13 black top motorset that I'm in the process of installing. It did not come with the boost sensor and the other sensor attached to the ignitor chip bracket. What are these two sensors used for? Are these two sensor necessary?

hey whats going on man, I would love to help you out but I am actually dealing with same prob, lol. not to funny but its true. If someone on here can post pics of how it is suppose to be set up. hoses and electrical that would be awesome. I can get my car to run but once it seems boost it gets all sloopy it just almost dies, plus i had an issue with my timing and MAFS.
Also what part of jersey you from. Im in Toms river, we should set up a meet when the weather gets nice and we can our damn cars running

One is the Stock boost solenoid valve (Waste Gate) and the other one is the EGR Valve solenoid

So is this necessary for the car to run properly? I guess i might need to run a manual boost controller and bypass the egr.

EGR Valve is for Emissions (Not that important)
but just go buy either a an electronic boost controller or a manual one If you plug it into the hot pipe your gonna boost really low def. less than than .8 but you can if you wanna run it temporary If you leave the WG unplugged.. when your racing or whatever, your going to over boost the turbo and blow it

I was planning on keeping the egr because it cuts down on the nox a considerable amount and its good for my conscience. I guess I can just get a hallman manual controller or something.
