View Full Version : Custom 3rd brake light LED conversion (S14 ONLY)

I converted my 3rd brake light to LED's recently and was thinking that others might be interested in having theirs done. Price will be set at $100 shipped in the lower 48 and I will not ship internationally. You would have to send me your 3rd brake light with the harness that holds the bulbs in. It will take approximately 2 days once I receive it before I ship it back. Pictures are below and if you're interested email me at [email protected] and I'll give you payment and shipping info.

Honestly, I think its because $100 for a 3rd brake light is pretty expensive. Maybe if your lower your price someone may be interested.

It seems like a valid idea. S14's do not emit very much light when the brakes are depressed. I am always slightly paranoid that some morass will hit me at a light b/c of this.

Still tho, my paranoia is not serious enough to spend $100 . . . maybe $25 or $30. Or I could do it myself.

i think wed be more interested in all the brake lights being led's id pay 100 for that definately

ditto. if they were led brake lights, id jump on it.

Well, if you look at the price of LED's and similar conversions this is a very good deal. I'm working on the full set on my '95 and need some more funding to be able to complete it. Check Clearcorners.com and check out the 3rd brake LED conversion they offer. Main differences are that I use the factory red lens cover and MORE LED's. It would not be worth offering if I lower the price. I won't do it in different colors either. Thanks for the comments though, any other opinions?
