Springs or Coilovers?

I'm trying to make up my mind on what to get? What's a good combo? I like the fact that I can lower my car a lot with coilovers but are they good? And also what shocks? I've heard Koni Ajustables are good...

Also is super Hicas going to make a difference or do I have to disable it if i'm lowering my car?
