My speedometor doesnt work Please Help!

Ok i have a 90 s13 coupe, the digital speedo and hud went out. It goes on sometimes when i first start the car and then they both go out after a few minutes. I dont know whats wrong with it. I already took out the cluster but i couldnt find the problem. If someone could help me id apreciate it.

Could be the wiring leading to the cluster. Probally a weak ground or the cluster itself is bad.

In all my 240 experience, to be completely honest, I've only seen 2 digital clusters/huds working. EVERY other one, mine included, doesn't work.

Lol I remember the first time I saw one, I was about to roll on a coupe on the freeway and looked over and saw this white/blue glow coming from his windshield and freaked out! Then my buddy in the passenger seat told me that's what mine was supposed to look like, and I drove right next to the guy for like a mile gettin a good look at it :)

Damn well i need to get a speedo because ive already have two tickets from not knowing how fast im really going. I guess my only option is to buy a new cluster even though i didnt want to go this route.

i have a new cluster and sub harness on the way does any know where the ground point is for this or can it be hard wired skipping the harness or adding some splices to the harness pardon me for rabbbling -los
