1987 Mazda RX7 NA model with manual transmission. No modifications Approximately 133,000 miles. Mostly freeway miles put on by yours truly. It was previously driven by an older gentlemen and before that an old lady.

It is an awesome car. Really quite zippy around town when driving it. I just need to make space at my home. I don't smoke. Most of the interior is intact. I need to pull a new center console/arm rest from another car and also replace a plastic molding around the center console warning lights. The sunroof/accessories need to be replaced, but the switch works fine. It's just not sliding up. There is minor rust on the edge of the door near the window where rubber molding normally sits. I may try to sand this off and paint it. I haven't had time, but I will do my best attempt. Also the drivers seat has a tear on the side bolster but doesn't compromise the seat at all.

Maintenance was upkept with the car. Oil/Radiator/transmission fluid changes frequently. I was pretty meticulous with the car, so I even had the radiator changed to avoid any heating problems. The car also has a remanufactured alternator installed from the time when I broke down on the 405 in the middle of traffic.

The tires are still good. I was planning on throwing in some Motegi MR7s 17x7.5 +40 wheels (tires included) with the sale! Pay my asking price and do what you will with the Motegis, sell them for extra cash or throw them on the car, but they are coming with the car.

I did my research and blue book is approximately $3200 and the motor is in excellent running condition with the few body dings and previously listed interior flaws. So I feel $3k asking price is fairly reasonable, for a non modified Mazda RX7 with a very very clean chassis. Any other questions? Let me know in this thread or by e-mail [email protected]
