Brand new, same t25 manifold flange, same 5bolt design as an SR, turbo elbow fits, that little metal bracket on the motor mount needs bent down a little with pliers i've heard, will take 5 secs and is easy to bend.
Friend of mine had this turbo on his s13 made 360hp at 20lbs +/- of boost on an Stock Redtop SR20DET, full boost was at 2800RPMS. The turbo sounded so sexy, and the car was fast as all. Very good, bad ass turbo. Whoever buys the turbo i can tell you his setup ;)
Will make upwards of 440HP
Reason for selling: Running an hks gt2540R

is this the .64 or .86?
sepulchral
12-05-2006, 03:12 PM
This is .64, my friend with the gt2876R whos setup i was going to copy used the .64 as well. .64 = 440hp .86=480hp. This turbo has very minimal lag compared to the .86 and less lag than the .86 gt2871r. Perfect street turbo for instant bursts of torque. My Hks Gt2535r is a little better ;) but twice the price
Oh yeah and I'm losing $350 + whatever i paid for shipping/handling. So the price is $900 Firm Free Shipping.

I made 400 rwhp with a .86 AR...that was at 1.4 bar with 264 cams, 850's, Greddy intake, Q45 throttlebody, underdrive pulleys & UR crank pulley & electric fans, using Z32 mafs as blowthrough...Ain't going to make 480hp with one of these in the real world, but 350-375 is attainable for a bolt-on car. Good luck!

well like most companies garrett refers to HP gains at the crank (they test their turbos on an engine dyno), not to mention it all depends on the size motor your running, so yeah.

sorry man, im in VA, cost of shipping would be a pain, and i need cash. ive seen people sell the gt287' series turbos for 900+ used....... you can def. get your money back out of this if u decide to sell it in the long run. If i had a second car i would keep this thing... this is a great turbo at a rare price in brand new never mounted, no scratch condition :D

yeah, like i said this will fit on fine, oil and coolant lines will fit fine, the stock rubber intake tube will stretch over turbo inlet as well. i ran an HKS GT2535r on my stock setup on 12psi for a while, ran fine, didnt run lean or anything. you will be fine
