It's probably the timing if you have fuel and spark!
Here, set #1 piston to TDC, then pull out CAS. If its set right? rotate crank again til TDC come up again.( don't over shoot TDC) Install CAS per FSM. It should fire if mechanical timing is right.

All that means is timing is off about 180deg or somthing like that. GL

If mechanical timing is wrong it could be wrong in many ways.

Are you positive you have fuel? are the injectors firing? Are they squirting fuel? You could have reversed the fuel lines if they aren't. The fuel should flow from the back to the front on the injector side of the fuel rail. Are the vacuum lines connected to the Fuel Pressure Regulators and to the fuel tank? Are your plugs gapped .039-.043? Do you have spark on all 4 cylinders? Is the fuel pressure 36 PSI?

Go to Pep Boys (or your auto parts store) and buy a timing light. They are $40 or so. Find piston #1 (usually closest to front of car), and hook up the clamp to the spark plug wire. Connect it to the battery properly, and find the white mark on the Crank pulley and the engine. Have a friend crank the car. The light should turn on when the engine hits Top Dead Center (when the white marks match up). If they do, then the timing should be right.

Start eliminating causes of the problems so you can narrow it down a bit.
