So i "bought" some Z-32 e-brake cables from this guy and never got them. and he is TERRIBLE at communicating with me. on november 29 i paypay'd him $53 and he said he would ship them by wednesday... long story short i didn't hear from him for nearly 3 weeks ( i messaged him 2-3 times and emailed him) and still no cables. So 2 days ago he pm's me sayng he had financial problems so it took him longer than he expected to ship them. (not an excuse i paid him for shipping). and he gave me a fed ex tracking number. so i punch it in and he shipped htem to some guy in Indiana it looks like. i live in Washington.... i dunno how he messed up because i paypal'd himthe money and address??? so 2 days ago i pm'd him telling him whats up and still no response... i'm going to make a claim with pay pal tonight.

i don't necessarily think hes trying to scam me. i just think hes got a few loose screws and is really slow and bad at responding to message. and i still can't figure out why he shipped them to the wrong address
