Thanks guys. Yeah, the car indeed is a virgin unmolested car. I'll upload the picture of the engine bay tonight. I don't mind shipping but I don't want the deal to fall off in case someone decides to buy it. So it has to be a one-way ticket sale since I can't take the car back once sold.
As far as financing the car, I doubt I can do that, since I'm selling the car for financial circumstances, and of course I need the space she's ocupying in the parking lot.
Trust me. If you are looking for a unmolested, bone stock 5 speed s13 car this is the one. Digital speedometer and the HUD feature works flawless, it's not one of those that you need the car to be warmed up in order to have it work.

is there any rust underneasth the body and on trunk where the spare tire case.

no rust except for 3 spots around the sunroof (about 2 inches long) where you can see some rust/paint bubbles. that's about it.
