WTB: KA24DE motorset

I'm looking for a complete KA24DE motor with tranny (5spd). Condition of the motor must be good. I will need everything needed to swap it into an '89 fastback.

Its not mine, nor do I know the owner. Looks like a rust bucket, but it may make a good candidate for parts. Check it out.
