JWT ECU Trouble

Hey I have a '98 240SX with a turbocharged KA24DE and I just installed a Jim Wolf Tech ECU that was originally a '96 ECU. I did all the necessary wiring that was stated in the PDF file Here (http://jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/WIRING%2097+%20240SX%20TO%2096%20ECU%20WIRE%20MOD. PDF)
I also installed a Z32 MAF as per instructions in PDF File Here (http://jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/MAF%20Z32%20CONVERT%20TO%20OTHER%20NISSANS.PDF)
However, now whenever I turn on my car, it's fine for a second or two and then starts bouncing off of 500RPM while the car shakes like crazy and if I try to give it gas it just dies. I also have a Apexi SAFC, I changed all the tuning to 0%, but I heard I gotta do something with the sensor types since I changed it to a Z32 MAF, is that the problem? Any help would be great.
(BTW, the ECU is already programmed to work with the Z32 MAF)

is the jwt tuned for a setup close to yours? i.e. injectors, maf, turbo .......etc

I bought the ECU directly from JWT, its EXACTLY what my car is.

yes the ECU is tuned for N62 z32 maf, 370CC INJECTORS and so on. we swaped out the earlier style 3 wire 02 sensor. and reppined the ECU as stated on the ECU....

if you had jwt program the ecu for the mafs, you don't need to change anything on any piggybacks you have. i have the same setup, i checked with them, it should work on the "stock" ka settings.
check your maf, sounds like that might be the issue....
