Barely used, in the original box. Used for tuning maybe 5 times. Comes with all original parts except the o2 sensor and bung. I let my friend use it and he left the sensor in the car unhooked for a while plus he was running leaded gas, so i figured it's no good anymore. A new sensor is $80 from Innovate
