It's been about 3 wks, after I sent funds to the paypal address provided by R240NA for a pair of s13 headlight entire assemblies with lids and motors. He has ignored my PM's, emails, and all attempts to to contact him ever since I sent payment. However he still posts on the forums regularly.

This is my first experience with R240NA. I also attempted to create a thread to contact him but the moderators locked it and changed my thread title to "Duh I'm a tard" which is a whole other issue.
I guess I will just try to get a refund through paypal due to fraud. Maybe he will rectify this situation, in which case I will edit this post
But for now..

Russ, aka R240NA, can be great when if he has time. When he's available, he's great, but if you catch him when he's away or busy, it will be some time before he can get back to you.

It's normal so be patient and keep trying to contact him. He's very knowledgeable and you can benefit a lot if you can be flexible and work with him.
