Identify these wheels please

I bought these for next to nothing from Jspec over the summer. I've sinced finished polishing them, but, when I sold my car, I left a center cap in there and now I cant seem to find what these are or where to get another cap. The spokes had a sticker on each that said "Jim Head" or "Jim Mead" You may be able to make it out in the pics

Thanks so much everyone, I really want to get these wheels mounted and in use this spring. They really are a nice design, I have them all polished to this so far
