ok here goes. I have done it on a S13 and my friend did it on his S14.
so here goes

Now comes the fun part. on your inside firewall(drivers footwell area) you will find the outlines for your bolts and main hole for the pedal and clutch master. You need to drill these out. You can then hang your clutch pedal. the eaisest thing to do with the brake pedal is cut it with a dremel or die grinder. Its ten times quicker than dropping your steering column to hang a manaul brake pedal.
Ok now on the installation part. On S13's you can get away with running the auto ecu it will not throw a check engine code on S14's it does <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> Which pretty much facilitates putting in a manaul ecu. As far as the wiring goes there is a page on the web that shows you how to wire the auto trans harness to the 5 speed.
this is more critical on S14's due to OBDII than on S13's :briggrin: yes I am a S13 owner. On the S13 you can remove your auto harness all together and just wire in your back up lights from the connector for the auto harness by your firwall in your engine compartment(right hand side) . I have not found it necssary to hook up my 4th and 5 th gear sensors car runs fine with just the speed sensor hooked up and the backup light sensor hooked up. thats the general down low on most of the stuff . If you saw my car you would never guess it started life as an Auto tranny machine. If you really need to go the distance on the wiring I believe someone posted the site above for that.
Oh yeah if you need the swap parts I believe I have an extra set or two $250 there yours . Of course thats without trans or clutch those are up to you. I can get low mile manual trans but they are not cheap.
