I work at Best Buy, actually at work right now, but we have people lineing up at the door now. It is what tuesday, shyt doesnt com out till Friday. Talked to a guy who bought a reserve for $1500.00 so yea seems like an average price for those who really need it now and cant wait a few weeks for a new shipment and pay 1/2 as much, aka retail.

$1500 bucks would get me 5-lug hubs and new wheels. Or a nice paint job. Or Aero and an ok paint job. 1500 would also get me more than halfway to an SR swap. With so many things to spend 1500 bucks on, some people are actually spending it on the chance to be the first gamer on the block to have PS3...
