A month prolly almost passed by and i still dont have my item or my money back.

The first week he told me that he had to go to the shop and get the item. I told him it was fine for a couple days but said please ship it as soon as you can.

2 weeks go by and I pm him again, he said he was sick and still hasnt gotten the item. I can understand if he is really sick. But i paid him and he simply has to get me the item. 3rd week passed and he stopped responding to me.

for everyone else, dont get anything from this jackoff.

i dont care if he sold other items and they went well. It only takes one.

sorry you had a bad experience with Gus, I had exactly the opposite.

I saw a F/S thread of his, posted in the thread, Pm'd, etc. We set up a time when I could come out to pick up the seat, and he was in communication all day to make sure I wouldn't miss him. Showed up, we talked cars, then he helped me pull my seat and install the new rails/seat (which was exactly the condition he claimed), even troubleshooting a broken stud, all in his driveway. I offered a 6pk of "la cerveza mas fina" for his troubles, he said nah, I drove away a happy camper.

I've talked to him a couple times since on the forums, cool dude. He's got a family goin and all that, but still sucks he's left you hangin... I'd still deal with him.

Three weeks ago I ordered what was supposedly a Sr Ignitor Chip. It turns out that it was for a Q45 so he offered for a refund. Well, I sent it back and he still hasn't given back my money, $60.00 worth! He told me that he was going to pay me back this week but I have yet to hear from him. I am not pleased at all.

Why not give the guy a chance to make good then slam on him on the forum? Jumping to conclusions makes you look like an idiot more than anything... Did you pay with paypal? Just reverse that shit if your that mad about it... Or just don't be gay and wire in the q45 ignitor...

he told me 3 days ago that he would ship it the next day, but he still hasnt.

I told him once i get the tracking number i would cancel the paypal claim.

Yeah considering that I ASKED for a SR20DET ignitor chip and he sent me a Q45 chip...it defeated the purpose of plug and play....
I have given him a chance...three weeks worth of chances. Seriously, how can you not get $60.00 in three weeks? I put a dispute on paypal at first, but he apologized and said that he would give me the money so I resolved it. He still hasn't given me my refund and I can not set up another dispute.

ok just wanted to update it. The seller did ship me the item and he came through with the deal

it took a while but atleast he shipped it.
