FS: Socal s15 t28 gt28r turbo and turbine housing for s14

Hello, up for sale is my brand new gt28r turbo. I bought it as a brand new CHRA. I also added a brand new HKS wastgate Actuator. This turbo is good for about 350HP to the crank with proper fuel and management. The turbo had a microscopic small chip. My friend is an aircraft engineer told me it had to be shaved down to prevent heat spots. So, he smoothed it out by sanding it to prevent the heat from the turbine. My plan was to buy a exhaust housing and attach it to the turbo. I bought one but it was the wrong one. So I am selling them both. I would like $500 shipped for the gt28r and actuator.
