I am not involved in the Group theft, but I am entitled to have an opinion on the matter. Fuck this baby crap, this is shit that happens in the Honda and Vw community. Even if he couldn't completely pull the deal through, he should have had better contact with the people that were involved.

Hmm, What is the total figure he's made off with so far? I know somebody is "waiting" for a front clip still, so that's 3K right there, however many suspension component's added to that, Grand Larceny. Internet fraud. Mail fraud. Which at this point are federal crimes, he basically put himself into deep shit. Fuck his reputation, it is diarrhea at this point anyway.

ok, I've ask Ian about what's going on. &nbsp;He chose not to come on here cuz he's sick of explaining to people. &nbsp;But I think it's only fair to tell you guys myself. &nbsp;So I'll sum up what he told me.

He admits it's his fault for messing up the gb, but it's his distributor that decided not to do business with him anymore. &nbsp;My guess is cuz he gave out the distributor's info and people kept calling them and claim he's a crook. &nbsp;

Ian has been contributing to the 240 community in FL. &nbsp;He set up a nissan meet that had 150 car showed up. &nbsp;Check out the meet&gatherin at FA. &nbsp;Would any thief do that? &nbsp;Have patience people, you'll get your refunds. &nbsp;

from what i gather it was for 9000, pictures you have to go to his site. He took the car off the site once one person started the whole "damn your a fu#$ing crook".
I Honestly could not give a damn what he has done for the 240 community. They don't exist, what exisit is that he took money.hey to all those that think i hate him, it's true, he messed w/ my boy, and i'll burn anyone who does that and does not come with a full explanation. No distributor holds on to money, nieshlin (i've bought from there before) especailly. 3 months to get a refund, no phone calls, ect. From my understanding i'm getting that ian is calling rockout tomorrow.

sorry have not replied to the question of what we bought, one trip was a turbo MRII motor, i was there just for the ride, but that first time they made a good impression on me that they probably would not hold on to money for no product. Second time i went was to check out a 4dr ferio my friend saw on ebay (waste of time, but hell got to go), and the last time was for a YS1. We are told that when he switched this is who he went to as a supplier. If not then that proves he's more of a punk then we thought.

I am here to tell everyone that Ian is one of the nicest guy's I have ever met. During the 240sx meet here in Florida, I had just met him and he told me I could stay at his house so I didn't have to spend the money for a hotel room. He put out a lot of money for the meet up front and relied on donations to recoop the costs. His cars are kept inside his garage. Anyone who thinks of keying his shit or throwing bricks through his shit is real fucked up in the head. You wouldn't want anyone doing that shit to your car would you? You actually think it will get you anywhere? Will it get you your money back? No. I understand that you guys are pissed, you have every right to be if what you say is true. I am a real good judge of character and I can tell you that YOU ALL will get your money back. This guy is a class A guy. It may take time but you will get it back. He honestly is prolly sick of responding to it because he has nothing to say. If he doesn't have the money, he can't tell you what you want to hear so why bother? I am not defending what he did or the situation, merely Ian as a person. I would be real worried/pissed about this shit too if it were my money, believe me. I am just here to offer my opinion of this guy. He is extremely nice, goodnatured, giving, and hospitable. He may have fucked up... we all make mistakes, I believe he will rectify everything in due time. I hope this sets your minds at ease just a little.

No one here, or at least I don't want anyone threatening him. He has always been a nice guy to me and I think things just went bad and I'm sure I'll get my money back. Tracking him down and treatening him isn't going to solve anything, just like the last guy said. If anything, it will make it worse. So help us out and stop trying to help. I dont mind people giving &nbsp;info about a deal that went bad w/ some shop, this helps us all.... But its when people say it over and over..and basically make things up to just make that particular shop look bad..why? its just wrong..and for making physical threats and driving by peoples houses....criminal charges could be filed......please, before you post...have all the facts correct...that red 240 you saw outside his house...was actually mine, i was over that weekend working on his car...and as for Ian not being at the meet....i dont know where the hell you were at the meet...but i personally rode w/ Ian to the meet...adn i know for a fact we were one of the firsts to get there...adn definately the last to leave...and you want to talk about you losing money..he put this meet on w/ teh money out of his own pocket w/ the intent to get everyone together, all he wanted was a thank you...he ended up losing over $500 on the meet, do you see him bitching? if you still dont beleive he was there...i can post pics and make you look like an even bigger ass than you already have been...
if youve ever ran a shop, or any kind of business like this..you know basically all he has control over is ordering the parts from the manufacturer/distributor...if the parts dont come for 3 months..how the hell is it his fault? &nbsp;please do not post anything else about Ian..he is a stand up guy..and if you would actually act like an adult...you will get treated like one.
