VLSD= Viscus Limited Slip Differential
and i believe all canadian models came with VLSD
as far as the hicas, i have been told that the car will have some sort of badging on it announcing HICAS. and on the underside-in the rear suspension there should be a hydrolic cylinder or something like that which would be responsible for the rear steering.
You'll also have a light on your Dash with 'HICAS' on it. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> Also, I'm from Canada, have Hicas, so the rumor sayin' there's no Hicas up North is false. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Unless they removed the Sticker, there is a badge behind the doors where the trim would be that says "SUPER HICAS"
If you open the hood, there will also be a Hicas controller thingy on the left side of the engine bay. Pretty big, hard to miss if you've ever looked at a 240 long.

Just so you know.. hicas = heavy. Like around 200lbs heavy. Many people who buy a car with it end up scrapping it to save the extra weight...besides, most people have fully developed their motor skills to the point where they can navigate their cars without the help of more wheels turning
