Look pretty good. I would have preferred the black suit like the original dark shiny black with a hue of blue and the large white spider graphic in the chest. This one comes across rather grey and a bit dull.
Anyone notice that 'evil Peter' has a Hitler like resemblance (the hair and crazy look on his face)? Also they altered the goblin's gear quite a bit. Looks more like a flying snowboard now than the gargoyle style with foot straps one sported in the first.
Can't wait. Wonder is Mysterio will make an appearance or not as is rumored.

Yeah, no mention of carnage yet what so ever. I figured they would have him pop up before too long.
But Venom is awesome too. I thought the first and second movie were pretty good, not 100% accurate witht he comics/old cartoons, but definantly close enough to be great. Hopefully this one will be awesome too.

his origins could have made its own movie, and stand at the boxoffice way higher than this. No one liked the sandman. he chaffed.

That actually would have been pretty cool...

I don't know maybe it's too early to tell but the computer animations look rather cheesy...I mean the first too weren't the greatest but it didn't stand out as much as this one. I also think Venom will be at the end for the sequel.

If I didn't have faith on Raimi I'd be worried; it appears that the film is too bloated with characters to make a cohesive plot.

As far as Transformers is concerned, I'm not allowing myself to get excited. I don't like Michael Bay's directing style nor what I've heard about the treatment so far. The way I see it, if the film ends up being halfway decent I'll be pleasantly surprised.

Pics of the Movie Venom have surfaced. I think he looks good. He's not as completetly ripped like the comic book version, but the face is perfect so I'm coo with the design.

From the Cartoon, JJ's nephew (?) the astronaut comes back with the stone/egg housing Venom. Parker goes, beats up Rhino, who breaks into the shuttle for it, and somehow gets on Parker.

From the comics, Marvel Secret Wars. Parker used the wrong machine to repair his costume, and the alien technology releases the Symbiote, it wraps onto parker, shredding his old suit. He comes home with it when its all over (the war).

The comic book origin is much better. But Venom is the symbiote suit fused with Eddie Brook who is a reporter that hates Parker. The Symbiote is a living creature itself. If Eddie Brook and Venom end up in jail like the comic book, then we know Carnage is the next villian. Ohhh that would be sooo freakin BA!

The truth is that yes he was only signed on to do 3 movies. Here is a quote from a recent interview:

"To me it seems like this is a natural point for the team to break up because we have a lot of story conclusions that were going along for the main characters for the first two movies and we kind of tie almost everything up for the third movie," he says. "It feels like a trilogy to me and it feels like the end."

More infor from IGN: Of course, this isn't the first time Maguire has hinted at leaving the series. In fact, word on the street had him very close to departing right before Spider-Man 2 was made -- with Jake Gyllenhaal said to be his probable replacement -- before he made nice-nice with Sony Pictures. And the studio seems pretty set on making a fourth Spidey film: The first movie's scripter David Koepp is said to be in talks to write part four for Sony.

So Maguire or no Maguire, it seems likely that the studio would push ahead with a fourth Spider-Man no matter what -- there's still just too much money to be made from this franchise.

Yes, I knew Downey would make a decent Iron Man. I think he'll be able to portray Tony Stark better than a lot of other actors and give more depth to the character. Because, he has the same demons that Tony Stark has dealt with in the comics. Drug/alcohol problems womanizer issues...idk, I like Downey also and think he's a decent actor. This maybe just wishful thinking...because, Iron Man is one of my favourite heroes.

I think Downey as Tony Stark is a lot easier to believe than say...Topher Grace as the body builder that is Eddie Brock. Hell, even Thomas Jane was easier for me to Adjust to, as the Punisher, than Topher Grace was for Eddie Brock...I'm still not used to it.

Silver Surfer is voiced by Laurence Fishburne...dammit, I'm going to be thinking of Morpheus the entire time. >_<

You're talking about John Henry Irons, the man who took upthe persona of "Steel" after Superman was killed by Doomsday. He was one of the 4 "Super Men", that sprang up and gained popularity moreso. I don't know if his comic is still going. He was also featured in the animated Superman show, and he was played by Shaq in that terrible movie.

He had the big hammer, like Thor.

Jim Rhodes has hair, his costume was also black. He said his costume was silver all over. John Henry Irons has no hair, his costume is an actual human head and face that also has no hair, and he is silver/steel all over.

He also, was just looking through the whole Iron Man wiki entry that has images of War Machine and numerous mentions of him. He also was told already by TurDz about War Machine. Which means he probably went off and read that entry, as well. If it was War Machine he would have seen the picture and been like, "Yeah, that's the guy!"

Indeed! Steel was a pretty cool character, I have to admit. I liked the hammer, also. A lot of my friends didn't care for it, because they thought a Superman motif and a hammer would be stupid. Psshhh, shows them!

Personally, I'm a fan of the Original Human Torch. Golden Age represent! I am very unhappy with the way Marvel is handling the whole universe, tho. Honestly, all the retcons and crap reality changing just destroyed everything. Everything, basically, from Avengers Disassembled and House of M on was the beginning of the end. Civil War was the stupidest thing ever. >_<

it got a bad review. they said there were too many story lines that could be ok on their own (do we need to see green goblin again?) but they don't tie together very well. Some parts artificially slow down the different storylines to make it all work. Kind of like pounding two puzzle pieces together that don't really fit.

They said the venom storyline was the best and they should have just stuck with that. and the CG is supposed to look faker than ever. blame the director, he f'd it up good.

Fuck critics. They said the first Matrix was garbage too. I only put so much emphasis on what they say or I read 5 reviews and take an average. If they all say the movie completely blows like a $2 whore then I'll pass.

IGN said it was a great ending to a trilogy.

um... i just saw it, they did to much with it and threw a buncha comedy in it and it really doesnt fit in with things that happen in the first and second. but still pretty good and the graphics were pretty crazy

all summed up... the blonde would have been a better choice imo...no need for a whore hahaha
