Must be fully adjustable. I'll be using Pay-Pal, shipping will need to be through USPS to my military base address (New Mexico 87117). I'm ready to buy now, tired of people not answering their for sale listings & Ebay sellers who refuse to ship unless it's via UPS...I just moved back to the US from Japan & only have a post office box currently, so shipping needs to be via USPS.
