Are any of you guys running the turbo fab top mount manifold (log style) with the GT3076R? If you how does it feel, and what kind of power are you throughing down. Is it very responsive or does it lag a lot also what kind of boost on stock bottom end ....thanks

On a SR20det redtop...

i had that setup, a log style with a gt3076r. Then i changed it to a full race manifold. The log manifold are pretty much junk. Dont get it, its worth saving the money for the full race. Now i regret getting the turbofab manifold, waste of $400.

I just got a turbofab and will be putting a gt30r on it(dunno if its the same as the 3076)...I would love to get the full race or peakboost but I am limited on space and clearence for the steering box.

Did the log style crack or it just didnt flow like you wanted it to.

its didn't flow worth shit. And its a bitch to work on, like getting to the bolts or the waste gate is impossible to get to. Full race is the way to go or something equal length. Trust me buddy

i'm making 320 whp on 18psi, 740cc injector. My A/F is at 10.5 pretty rich but its safer because i'm on stock bottom right now.

that seems kind of low on whp, are you still using stock cams?

If you have 93 octane out there then i would definitley run 11.0:1 if you can...

Are you using a tuned rom? standalone? or afc etc?

I just say that because on one of my cars with log back in 03 i pulled 339 whp and about 342 ft lb of trq with a 62-1/t3 and I was at 18 psi with 91 octane at about 11.5/1.

That was dynojet though and mustang reads lower, so just curious....

Maybe if you can pull a little timing you can do better but from my experience with big turbos on the sr, you cant make more than like 340 or so whp withou upgrading the cams, the stop cams just wont supplement the extra airflow efficently...

Just a thought.

well i'm on stock everything just a turbo upgrade. And i was on a Mustang Dyno, i heard they're read a little lower than some. But all well

I'm running AEM plug and play right now. One day i wanna get some HKS cams. But thats in the future. Thanks tho
