These seats rule and definately make your interior look better, not a bad price for the pair.
The seats do require a little work to be installed into your car.

/\ how much work is needed on the rails to make it fit? 3/4 bolts go in right, iirc.

you just need to weld a longer piece, or if you're creative enough like mc guyver, you can go to home depot to figure out the pieces you need...
el cajon is freakin' in the boonies...
wish it was closer, good price

How I installed them were using 3 bolts that line up properly and then using the 4th one to "pinch" the metal end down since that last hole wasn't lining up but long enough for me to "pinch" it.

My friend sold me the seat with a metal bracket welded on. If you're smart, you fab up a template with cardboard, measure, cut, weld, DONE.
It's not hard, and worth it if you want some LOW OEM BUCKETS.
My R32 Pass. seat is LOWER than my BUDDY CLUB bucket seat. Buy this shit.

wow no one interested in a pair of gtr skyline seats for this cheap?
actually for R32 seats its not cheap its the going rate. If it was R33 GTR seats it would be cheap.
Cheap is $500 or less. Not trying to rip on your sale. They are worth what your asking.
Thing is people can get them all day long in socal from several different importers for that price, because of that you will sell them, but not quickly. Trust me I have been there, I still have a set of R33 seats in my car because of that hahhahha and besides being dope ass factory buckets.

I haven't been in up to date on the prices on parts....I bought these about a year ago for $800 and I had to drive up to L.A. to pick them up...I really don't see these seats for sale often even on ebay....but I know what you mean though.
vsiev
11-02-2006, 11:17 AM
well to be reasonable...I deliver these to L.A. for $625 just to pay for the gas going up there....Anyone in the L.A. area interested? Please let me know before Friday night or I won't be able to deliver them after that since I'll make plans with someone for the weekend.....

btw.....what is the differents in seats from a R32 and R33 anyways?
vsiev
12-28-2006, 10:44 AM
^ not sure what the difference is since I never had the r33 seats. Just a quick warning, seats that are out of a r33 doesn't mean they are bucket seats. Just make sure you get gt-r seats if you plan to get any out of a skyline.
usdm180sx
12-28-2006, 12:48 PM
r33 gt-r seats are identical to r32 gt-r seats except for the material. r33 gt-r seats have different material and a blue or red headrest insert.

what kind of modification do you need to fit on a 1992 240sx f/b?
vsiev
01-01-2007, 01:23 PM
it will just fit fine with 3 bolts...how i had it on my coupe...I just used the 4th bolt to "pinch" the last mount since the hole on the skyline seat and the interior is like an inch off. Or you can fab a metal piece and weld it onto the seat.

R33 seats are a little bit wider...I have an r33.... bump those seats are better because of the side bolsters.... Someone buy them because they are also made by recaro, just not branded...
vsiev
01-13-2007, 02:51 AM

yea... if you would ship i woulda bought these already prolly... o well. good luck. fair price.
vsiev
01-13-2007, 05:55 PM
Well I really don't know how to ship these seats and who could ship it at a fair price. Also I don't know what material I would need to get it shipped. I really don't want to take the chance of the item being damage and have the buyer deal with the shipping company.
