the car is street legal but has not been registered since last year,the last time he smogged it was last year, if it does not pass i can get it to pass.

update! the car runs but runs weird! basically its a rolling chasis, motor cranks and starts but wont drive longer than 5 mintues. 1800 takes it or any reasonable offer.
