It all started when I wanted to purchase some Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads from them. Ordered process done; waited for my tracking number, and never got it. I decided to give them a call about the merchandise I ordered from them. Many e-mails and phone calls I gave them, but still no reply. A month passed – and finally a respond. In the e-mail in said, “call back tomorrow anytime during our operation hours.” Gave them a ring – not until the next day I spoke with Anthony, and he gave me a tracking number. THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS INVAILD. Many more phone calls and e-mail, still no reply. Not to until 2 months later I got my brake pads, but what else do I find? I find a StopTech Stage 1 Brake Kit for a WRX 03+. =)… but until I checked my credit card statement they charged me for that brake kit also. Finally, got an e-mail from them saying they charged my credit card, and I’ll get my full refund back when I returned their package to them THAT THEY ACCIDENTLY SENT TO ME. Returned both packages for a full refund, and still to this day I haven’t got credited back for my order and their mistake. Now I’m filing an unauthorized uses of my credit card, and they have just committed FRAUD. So ____ them.

In short:
-RARELY reply back to phone calls and e-mails
-LIES
-Takes a LONG time to receive merchandise
-BLAME people for their MISTAKE, and CAN’T fix them
-TRYING to get my money back
-They committed FRAUD
-DON’T buy from them

And that long wait killed my rotors, and I ended up buying the Axxis Ultimate Brake Pads from somewhere else along with some new rear rotors.

I wouldn’t even recommend someone I dislike to buy from them. They don’t deserve to get any business.
