What is the locations of the VIN on the car..

Hi,

I just want to buy a late model Kouki 240sx.....
I just want to check that the car is really clean from the accident...Sometimes, light accidents, which can be fixed without reporting toward the insurrance, won't pop up on CARFAX report....

I just want to know that how many VIN would be on the car..and Where are they located?

All I knew now is the VIN stickers are located on both side of the fender..Door Jams,......Under the Hood.....Trunk...

Part of the VIN would be also on the rear quarter panel glasses as well...

Anybody else knows more about the location...

In addition, I knew that the front and rear bumper also have the VIN stickers ,but where exactly are they located....

What? Rephrase your question. You want to know the location of VIN #'s on the 240sx for what? The only ones that I know of are the doorjamb like you said, the dash obviously, and engraved onto the firewall where the brake lines go across. Why do you want to know the location of vins?

the newer 240's also have the vin number on each front fender. it is one way of seeing if a car has been in an accident. if the vin # is missing than the car had a fender replaced.
