Anyone have a suggestion on a good alignment shop in socal? I'm tired of places that tell you they will align to your specs and then just get it somewhere in the ballpark. Car is low, but not TOOOO low. Adjustable RUCA, Toe, Traction, etc... Anyone have good experience with a shop in the area?

Out here in the Glendale/Burbank/Pasadeana area, I had Big O Tires do the mount/balance/alignment on my dad's z06 (with those ultra fragile mag wheels) and they didn't leave a scratch on em, and aligned em to my specs. The only reason I trusted them is the Chevy dealership in Glendale's service manager also has a z06, and he gets his stuff done there.

With the 240, I took another guy's recommendation and used Socal Tire in Burbank, forgot who I talked to there, but they do it all without a lift (my car's too low for any lift I've seen) and to specs.

This should've been in regional.
Socal alignment stuff (http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=123113) Start there.

Thanks! I'll probably head over to HIRO's because it's quite a bit closer. Sounds like either option is pretty safe.

G dimension is also very good. over in the 626.

I got my car aligned there a while ago. alex pheiffer (sp?) does the alignment and is very knowledgable. also gives a lot of suggestions if you arent realy sure what exact specs you want.

dousan is hiros auto the shop right by mitsuwa?

90 bucks at Hiro's. They can give you suggested specs for drifting or grip racing. They cna also put in specs you give them, and offer feedback on it. They will also let oyu know if there are any problems and what is needed to replace them. Slammed cars are no problem here too.

i have to say Hiros auto in costa mese as well. they are the shit. nicest people ever. they are located right off of bristol and the 405. take bristol to wards newport, and when you get to paularino make a left. two blocks down on the right. they work on the rsr cars as well.

hiros does SOO many drift cars and track cars
road race cars and drift
i know they do the RS*R car, they do hiro sumida's car and i think taka's car too, not sure anymore.

one time i went and kazu hayashida was there, had me try out some alignment specs on my s14. it was cool to get some input on alignment setups froma guy who has been drifting about 11 years. nice guy. talked for a good 1/2 hour thru the translator.

I think i'll try west end seeing as how it's closer. But 2 weeks to wait for an alignment seems like forever. How long of a wait is hiro's?

I can vouch for West End. Darrin knows his stuff backwards and forwards.
Corner balance and alignment for $210 iirc.
Worth every penny.
Had me stay in the car during the whole time to properly set the car.
Answered all my annoying suspension questions, felt like alignment school.
His coffee rocks!

Whisked away to where she belongs, I would have locked if people hadn't been answering.
