got a parking ticket...

i was just pondering, can i get off the parking ticket if the officer didn't sign on the bottom where it says:

"I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND CORRECT."

and for "Arresting or Citing Officer" where it's suppose to be signed it was left blank, can i get off?

My parking was expiring at 10:58am, i came down there at 11<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>3am. There was a ticket on the window signed at 11:OOam... I was just pissed. But i got week of free parking now. I just put the envelope from the ticket that says "parking violation" on the windshield when i park and leave off, so it looks like i was already ticketed for unpaid parking <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
