Ok guys - I'm using the heavy throttle wiring diagram for the two plugs which go up and behind the battery. Once I cut the Ka plugs off I will have a total of 8 unused wires according to there wiring chart.

Here is a link of the diagram -

http://srownersclub.com/faq/index.asp

Pictured here I have the wires on the Ka harness needed according to the diagram seperated from the unused ones via a vice grip.

And here, the ones to the left are listed on the diagram the ones to the right are extra(15 left over). On this piece I have 3 brown wires. It states to use the brown wire for the O2 sensor power... But which of the three do I use? I also have 2 wires which are *Blue w/ Red Stripe*, which of those two? The thicker one or the thinner one?

What do I do with the extra wires? Do I continue to match colors with the rest of the plugs or do I simply snip them and move onto to putting the engine in?

Connect what's listed. Leave everything else loose that's not. It's not that hard if you actually read the diagrams.

Both links show the same thing.

If you actually spent the time to trace out wires on the KA side and compare them with the FSM, you'll find that there will be some extra wires leftover that are not used. You can wrap them up and tuck them away, or do what I did and removed them.
