SEE POST #6 FOR QUICK MOD LIST
Well its time to sell the 240. No real reason except to pay off some bills then plan out the next project car. I will post up some pics later today. For now, here is the nitty gritty on the car. This car has a new sticker! The body is a hatch primer black and %100 rust free. There is one medium sized dent on the drivers door and the windshield has a crack in it about 6 inches long. Other than that the car has no dents at all. For the exterior it has JDM side markers and 180sx Tails. The car rolls on Konig Rewind 15x7 +0 offset. The tires are 215/50/15 and have little tread left on them for some strange reason. The suspension consist of KTS 16 way adjustable coilovers that are full hight adjustable also. Power trix rear upper control arms and rear toe rods where also installed. Also in the rear is aluminum subframe inserts and new rear hub/suspension bushings throughout. These mods definately make the cat handle on rails but it is very noisy back there due to everything being solid. In the front I installed new NISMO tension rod bushings. The brakes are all brand new also. They consist of Brembo blank rotors, Axis pads and Goodridge lines that I have not installed yet. The lines are included with the car though. The interior of the car is in fair condition. Everything is stock except for a MOMO steering wheel, Alpine cd player, memphis speakers, and a nismo shift knob. The driver seat does have a big rip in the side like most 240. Where the center dash vents where is now home to a triple gauge pod. The gauges consist of an Omori boost gauge, Omori oil pressure gauge and an AEM wideband. Last but not least is a B&M short throw shifter and a new OEM shift boot. Now on to the engine bay. I installed a fresh SR20DET with the following parts. Refreshed head, HKS step 1 cams, Greddy Rocker Arm Stoppers, Cometic head gasket, Mahle oversized pistons, Eagle rods, new OEM crank and rod bearings, OEM oil pump and new seals throughout. The block was bored .20 over and honed. We also installed an ACT lightened flywheel with a 6 puck unsprung clutch. Before I forget, the rear end has a LSD and a Driveshaftshop aluminum drive shaft. Other motor bolt on consist of a Megan Racing exhaust manifold, GT2871R turbo with a .63 housing, steel braided oil and coolant lines, Topspeed intake manifold, custom oil catch can and aluminum acessory pulleys. Other than that we made custom intercooler pipes that go to a 3" thick FMIC that was mounted in place of where the radiator goes. We mounted a Greddy Type-RS BOV on the intercooler for a stealth look. The radiator is a KOYO with 2 slim fans. The radiator has been moved back toward the motor so that the intercooler pipes could be shortened to about only 4' of piping. we also made a custom battery tray that sinks into the passengerside fender area. The battery is a mini Oddesey PC680. The exhaust is all custom 3" stainless with 2 resignators and a Magnaflow straight through muffler with a 4" tip. We made the exhaust tuck up as high as possible so it does not hang low like most 240 exhausts do. The entire wire harness has been custom made so that we could tuck the wires out of sight as much as possible. Lastly the car has a Jim Wolfe ECU with a TurboXS DTEC for fuel and boost tuning. The car itself has 150,000 miles on it but the motor and all the parts have only 3500 miles on them. The last time the car was on the dyno it made 390HP and 330TQ @ the wheels on 20psi and 93 octane. The only flaw with the entire car is that I removed the Idle Control Valve so when you start the car cold you have to hold it at 2000 RPM for a few seconds and then it wil idle fine. This is only for cold starts. Sorry for the long description but I wanted to make sure I didnt miss anything. The car can be seen at F1DYNO Monday-Friday from 9-6. Im trying to sell the car fairly fast so I have it priced to sell for $6500. Call me any time at the shop 207-347-8078 or my cell 207-632-3764. Thanks for looking.
