ISSUE SOLVED TRACKING NUMBER SENT ON OCT19TH!! locust13 IS NOT A SCAMMER JUST SLOW SHIPPER!

So i bought the PFC from him, i payed with two different payments,the first on sep-06 $300 and the last payment of $500 on Oct-7th.. We agreed that i would pay him in payments and that was ok with him, it took me a bit longer than expected. I kept if infomed all the time and he was ok with it!
So when i send the final payment on OCT-7th he says that he will ship it out on monday or tuesday and get me a tracking #, so i am like ok sweet.
Monday and tues. come and go no tracking #(LIE#1), i ask him WTF is up? He says that he didnt get the days off he wanted or some shit, so he tells me that it will get out on friday, no tracking # yet..(LIE#2)
So then i get some story on how he is going to give it to his buddy who works at a toyota dealership, because they ship stuff out all the time, at this point i am like whatever just ship it..
Well its thurs. over a week since i payed him and no tracking#.
He will not answer my PMs and keeps giving me some BS excuse!!
Soo just a heads up, i guess i will see if he answers my PMs..
His name is Thomas Lysik from what i have from his paypal account!
I just want my $800 or the PFC.
Has anybody else bought anything from him??????
