you shorted a fuse prolly.. i've done it before.. its gonna be something like parking lights or rear back up lights.. Its definitly a fuse though.. !

is the fuse for the lights going to be in the fuse box under the steering wheel of in another location?

The fuse will be down under your steering wheel- rite by your left foot.. not hard to find - and there's a chart when you look on the back of the cover.. wait- thats for s14.. if you have an s13.. I'm not sure where it is - but it should be in the same area..

tried a 15-blew it too, tried a 20, hell it blew that too

now i just finished installing my radio, could there be a problem with some of the wiring, because i dont have any dash lights either...

when a fuse keeps blowing, then its safe to say that there is a short somewhere in your wiring. I had the EXACT same problem, dash lights and tail lights didnt come on, actuall, my sidemarkers didnt come on either, but anyway, I took it to an electrical shop to have my problem fixed and they charged me a miniscule 90 bucks. Unfortunately I have no clue with fu$king with the wiring, so I used the lazy man's method, paid somebody else.

ok- I do alot of electrical stuff on my car.. tell me what you have done recently before this problem started... I might just be able to tell you what your problem is and whether or not you can fix it or not.. ok? cool

I had the exact same problem about a month ago. It ended up being the wiring for my license plate lights. you might want to check there, but it sounds like it is from your stereo install.

did u do ur own stereo install? if yea go bitch at them, if not, just go back thru the wiring n see if anything is shorting out. i had the same problem but i later found out it was my side marker positive wire touching the body of the car. try looking at any wires around the battery and move ur way to the radio area. somethings gotta come up wrong there.
good luck
