I want to get rid of the SOHC and go w/ a 97-98 head, w/ 91 intake cams, and altima exhaust cams ( i may have them backwards) I am guessing that it should be a direct bolt up but i really doubt it! Please tell me i can use the kaE block! It will be so much easier that way!

i wish it were that easy, but i've heard many times the ka24de's head will not line up on the ka24e's block.
misnomer

Well, you should probably start with a KA24DE, wiring harness, and ECU. Then work from there, 'cause you sure as hell aren't swapping heads for cheaper <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>

Sorry, the DOHC head will not swap to a SOHC block the bolts do not match up. Also note that the altima cam thing is a also a myth. The cams are not interchangeable.
