I just dropped a dohc in my 240 and generally everything is doing good...
I have one main problem and that is if I slip the clutch for too long there is a horible squeak/squealing sound, the clutch will engage itself even if the pedal is on the floor, and you have to yank the car out of gear and let the clutch out to make it stop.
after that, push the clutch back in and try again and it will usually be fixed.
I'm running a ACT xtreme pressure plate and a ACT 4 puck un sprung clutch. ... I also have a stainless clutch line if that matters at all.
any ideas?
