ok, i'm uploading my new website on to geocities.. but only the index page works?.. none of the other internal links, and the picture on the index page it a red X. i checked all my hyper link and picture properties, and i can't fix it. is it geocities.. or is it me.? does anyone know a good place to host a website for free?.. i dont wanna pay to put my site up, i worked really hard on it, and it's pretty sweet, but i want a free host.? thanx

geocities is good for being free, i'd stick with that.
make sure you are using .html  at the end of the files, instead of .htm. for some reason geocities doesn't like that. also if your images are in seperate folders, everything has to be setup on the web, the same way it is on your computer.

ok.. hey thanx alot, i finally got aLL MY PAGES TO WORK. but the pictures still don't work.. i'm not sure if i quite get what you mean about the folders. My composer is Microsoft Frontpage. all the pics i used are set up in a folder called pictures.. and then my seperate pages are set up in a diff folder labled webpages.. and it's the same in the filemanager in geocities.. there are jus a bunch of x's,. i dont'; get it.. ?

ok i really don't know why it's not workign but i would really appriciate it if you guys would click on my site and give me any suggestions as to why the pictures aren't working.?
