Im not sure if theyre the evolution c2 or just the evolutions but they are powdercoated with that color changing paint two of the wheels has very little road rash and the other two are near perfect. Two of the tires have holes in them and they come with the chrome center caps. I dont know the offset because i didnt buy them new but theyre universal 4 lug and came of my 92 SE-R.
