I have a '90 fb 240sx. The stock KA24E is running great. I came into 240sx ownership because the SR20 engines turned me on and this and that... and I'm still really looking at the black stop s14 sr20det.

But the thought of running a phat ass KA24DET is really itching me. A local (actually, very well respected) shop apparently can do a turbo on the KA24DE. They rebuild, forge the pistons and con rods, turbo, etc... and like gaurantee 450 rwhp. REAR WHEEL HORSEPOWER!

That would rock because with a rebuilt engine, forged pistons and con rods, you could put in a little more "stronger engine" work and be running a f*ckload of power through the thing. It would also be much more unique, and if I did the work myself, I'd be damned proud.

I dunno what I'm gonna do now though, so I'm researching both options.
