Have some 9.5 w/ 22 offset rims. I got some decent tires at a great price and decided to try them.
the rears are 255/45/18. They look like stinkin truck tires but they actually fit!!! Fenders are rolled, and clearance is tight with no RUCAS, but it WORKS.... IM AMAZED.
NOW, the fronts are 245/45/18 on a 18 by 17 offset wheel. Will I have clearance issues? I know it clears coils and z brakes, but what about everything else? thanks fellas!

no we don't. i'm running 18x8.5 +15 up front on my S13 with 225/40/18 rt615s(somewhat fatter then other 225/40s) and it fits fine. no major camber or anything.
i hope you have a S14 for fit those under the front fenders. worst come to worst camber it in. but i'll use a smaller tire if i can.
You have some of the worst tire sizes ever chosen dude

hmm... dunno about the fronts. i ran a 225/45-18 on the front once and went to drift day... boy was i sorry. it ended up denting my front passenger side fender. :( i'd stick with a 40 series up front.
NOW, the fronts are 245/45/18 on a 18 by 17 offset wheel. Will I have clearance issues?
Bwahahaha. What are you talking about? Everyone rolls on 16's? Ok?...

well, help us help you...you didnt state what chassis you have...for the fronts, you didnt state what width...your tires suck, i dont care if theyre cheap, get the right sizes...
-s14 running (or ran; always switch around) 18x9.5 +12 up front and 18x9.5 +22 in the rears...tires are 225/40/18 all around...
-front camber: -1.8 rear camber: -1.0 caster: 6.5
-clears my ddrug coils and clears rolled fenders front and rear...
-clears my gracer front aero lock to lock
-occasionally rubs fender lining on bumps/dips at highspeeds @ half dampening...
if youre gonna ask or answer something, it always helps to be specific and detailed...hope that helped...

Ok guys. i posted ALL (except chassis)the info in the first post but i admit, it was scattered poorly.
SO.
Front rims are 9.5 wide, 18", with plus 17 offset. I want to run the 245/45/18 tire.
The rears are 9.5 wide, 18", with a plus 22 offset. The tires are 255/45/18 and they fit fine. CLOSE but fine.
To those who tell me to run a 225. NO OFFENCE, but unless the tires are free, i don't plan on it. IMO there is no point whatsoever to running a 9.5 wide rim with such a small tire. The main purpose of getting such wider rims was for maximum GRIP. I want at LEAST a 245 up front, but i'm starting to think i'll have to run a 35 or 40 series tire.
opinions, flames, etc?????

Ughhhhh, good job hating on people rolling 16s like you're hot shit when you're scrapping for newbie wheel fitment info / jerking your self about fitting truck tires on old news wheel sizes.
Your thread sucks, is easily searchable and I think you're a tool.

Thanks you douche bag. It was just a little sarcasm dumb fuck. It obviously worked because i got 10 replies in 1 day after that.
I did search and found NOTHING on my tire sizes, or what others have done/tried with those sizes.
And to what you quoted me on... WTF does that have to do with me hating? I personally think its a waste of rim to run such a small tire. I also think it follows the TRENDS more than serving a purpose.
Oh, in reply to your neg rep you douche. How are those offsets lame or newbish? NO, they dont stick out past my fender 2 inches, and no i'm not runing neg. 4 or 5 deg. camber to make them fit....sorry for not being JDM tight...

Oh...one more thing.
Dousan PG. You said that a plus 22 offset won't clear coilovers...and that its "old news." Thanks for the advice.. Just a heads up though...
A plus 22 offset CAN clear coilovers. Maybe not ALL, but they clear my apexi coilover just fine, and they also clear another members coils(of different brand) with a 255,40,18 tire just fine.

K first off...you have any idea how fucking big of a beachball of a tire set up your running? I suggest that you first look up for a tire calculator and see how much bigger your tire setup is over stock setup diameter wise.
Next, nobody has any clue as far as what your trying to do with car, if your so caught up on the whole wider tire is better for traction bullshiet, wide tires wouldnt mean sheit when your running shitty used tires. Also im guessing youve never heard of sidewall flex...

Oh shit, hahahahah 255/45/18 is a 27in rolling diameter. hahahahaha.
man, 25.5 is maximum rolling diameter on a 240, no matter how much of a super grip racecar driver you think you are, you'll never fit more than a 245/40 on a 240, even then thats serious business on stock fender.
You didn't find any search results because those are the worst tire sizes on the planet.
Either try agian or post a pic of you driving over a parking block and not scraping
There, I helped.
