Exhaust Vote (custom muffler selection)

I'm upgrading my turbo from t25 to t28 on my sr20det. Also going to get the greddy elbow and downpipe. (Not firm on those, as they seem over-priced) But any ways this thread is about the exhaust... I'm going for as stock/stealth as possible, but with performance. I'm thinking about 2 different setups:

First option:
Magnaflow Turbo XL

with a Vibrant Performance - Ultra Quiet Resonator, 3" inlet/oulet somewhere in the middle. Total of $140 + pipe/install.

Second option:

Total of $85 + pipe/install

Let me know what you guys think. Which one ya guys think will be quieter, & which one will have more performace. *Wish I had enough $ to try both.
